obituaryDisposable women, the Great Struggle of the Planet; a play not written by Harold PinterSaturday, January 10, 2009 at 2:54 pm — admin
Harold Pinter died this past week. His Obit in the Times was adequate, but somewhat funny. Pinter had a 1st wife who bore him a son. Evidently she fell off the face of the earth b/c without mentioning her demise or divorce, the Times reported that Pinter carried on with a married woman and then married her. How very convenient of his 1st wife to disappear into thin air after supporting his early career and enduring poverty with him. How telling that the Times made no mention of what happened to the 1st wife. Disposable women. |
