If ObamaCare (ObamaCaid) Stays, Say Goodbye to Your Doctor Forever

To anyone who’s ever read the misery that is ObamaCaid, aka, ObamaCare, there was this truth central to the entire law: the push to force doctors into Taco-Bell sort of workers, chogging along an assembly line of predetermined one-size fits-all care.

Here’s a dirty little secret about recent attempts to fix ObamaCare. The “reforms,” approved by Senate and House leaders this summer and set to advance in the next Congress, adopt many of the Medicare payment reforms already in the Affordable Care Act. Both favor the consolidation of previously independent doctors into salaried roles inside larger institutions, usually tied to a central hospital, in effect ending independent medical practices.

A recent Physicians Foundation survey of some 20,000 U.S. doctors found that 35% described themselves as independent, down from 49% in 2012 and 62% in 2008. Once independent doctors become the exception rather than the rule, the continued advance of the ObamaCare agenda will become virtually unstoppable.
A true legislative alternative to ObamaCare would support physician ownership of independent medical practices, and preserve local competition between doctors and choice for patients.
First, Congress should remove the pervasive biases in ObamaCare that favor hospital ownership of medical practices.

The article, penned by a physician, goes on to give policy advice on how to fix the law that mandates doctors answer to the government instead of patient’s actual needs.

This is a first step, but we can only fervently hope that the next president, a Republican, will allow a total repeal of the law, with a replacement version in hand to immediately implement. Because ObamaCaid enriches the Insurance Companies while ensuring the Middle Class is screwed—The ACA pushes the Middle Class to forgo care and pay more for any care they are allowed to receive—the Insurance Companies will fight a repeal of ObamaCaid. But remember this, as you, Middle Class Jane are being screwed out of good insurance and high-quality independent care, you will also be required to foot the bill for taxpayer bailouts to the Insurance Companies.

As if you need more evidence of the nastiness of ObamaCare toward the “stupid American” Middle Class, here is ObamaCaid architect Jonathan Gruber saying Ha, prices gonna go up up and way up for the Middle Class who must actually pay for their insurance, te hee, te hee..

While President Obama campaigned on a promise that his universal health care plan would lower premiums, his controversial adviser and plan architect was privately warning the state of Wisconsin that Obamacare was poised to massively increase insurance costs for average residents, internal documents show.

(yeah, that “average” be the Middle Class!) The lower class will have you, the Middle Class pick up their tab and the rich can afford insurance. So who is left to suck on the tail pipe of those who are in the country illegally, or who have decided to have a basket of babies while forcing the Middle Class to pay to raise em? You the Middle Class. Obama is an enemy to the Middle Class, this is one big truth.

More for Washington Times:

Gruber’s study predicted about 90 percent of individuals without employer-sponsored or public insurance would see their premiums spike by an average of 41 percent.

Oh girl, did Obama and Gruber screw what the laughingly call your “stupid American” ass.

I voted for Barack. I am in

I voted for Barack. I am in fact one of those "stupid" Americans. Lost all three of my doctors.
