Sunday Roundup: Presidential health care lies, FOPO?, Acorn AWOL

Various things to consider:
Obama is heavy into amateur hour at the White House. Even embattled Charles Rangel felt the need to tell Obama to keep his clumsy Chicago Boss style of politics out of New York.
------------------------
Here is a nice piece on Obama’s wild misrepresentations to the public when it comes to health care.
President fudges facts on health care proposal.
----------------------------------------------
And here is a worrisome indication that while we had Bush/Cheney too far at one extreme of the FOPO spectrum, we now have Obama just as absurdly far off in the other direction!
excerpt:

At the G8 meeting in Italy in July, Mr. Obama and other leaders set a "firm deadline" of Sep. 10 for the Iranians to make a serious offer to negotiate about their nuclear program. When the mullahs blew him off, Mr. Obama quietly extended the deadline until December.

Then there is ACORN:

Femisex has written on the Times refusal to cover anything ACORN b/c Obama is SO closely aligned with the group, has trained and defended its members etc.
Another Femisex Acorn story:
What We Talk about When we Talk about Acorn.

But while the Times still refuses to report anything ACORN, the public editor (the man who would not admit the Time’s blatant sexism regarding its coverage of Senator Clinton and Governor Palin!) could not deny the Times protectionism of Mr. Obama when it comes to Acorn.

Tuning In Too Late.

Even Slate gave a thumbs up to the non-reporter reporters who did what MSM refused to do: cover Acorn.
Two Cheers for Andrew BreitbartSometimes it takes an outsider to show the press corps the way..
